Specialties - Listing Agent - Specialists Born and raised in North Buffalo, moved to Las Vegas in 1987 to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While there followed my passion for real estate and purchased developed and sold real estate in the Las Vegas, Utah, Arizona and New York. Twenty two years later I relocated back to Western New York and have together with my wife raised our two boys in Grand Island, New York. Somewhat aggressive in acquiring properties here in Western New York over the last several years, I decided to obtain my New York State Real Estate Licence. The original purpose was to utilize my licence to assist in building my portfolio as well as pass the knowledge to friends and family. Once I started meeting and gaining clients and seeing the impact acquiring properties had on other peoples lives it was overwhelming and something I decided to commit my full time focus and energy. I hold my responsibilities as a full time Realtor to the highest peak and understand the impact a real estate transaction can has on each individual and their family. In a fiduciary capacity, it is the duty of the real estate agent to protect the clients' privacy and keep all information confidential, unless required to divulge it by a court of law.
